To report a lost or stolen card, immediately call the (800) 808-7230 number on the back of the card. You should also report any fraud activity to that number if you notice it. Then, call your credit union at (800) 735-6816 during business hours to also report lost, stolen, and fraudulent activity.

ACTIVATE ALERTS

Once logged in, you’ll see your balances. Tap on the “Alerts & Settings” button. Tap on the “Card Alert Settings” button. In the “Card Alert Settings” tab, you may update the following settings: 

  • Transaction amount alerts (set amount threshold)

  • Internet and phone transaction alerts

  • International transaction alerts

  • Enter a secondary email address to be used for transaction-level alerts 

or change your settings, password/update your profile.


Note: The Suspected Fraud Alerts setting is configured by your financial institution. The SHAZAM BOLT$ Notifications setting is not optional and indicates SHAZAM BOLT$ will send email notifications to you whenever your user profile is edited.
